Mr K wins £1,038 compensation from Santander for a 1990 Loan
We are pleased that we were able to win Mr K compensation of £1,038 for a mortgage taken out with Abbey National (now part of Santander) which started in 1990. This was won despite Mr K also claiming under the terms of the policy previously and receiving almost £2000.
